SAMU Rabat
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Nature of the service
SAMU Rabat is a private, managed home-care and medical transport service: our nurses and paramedics are recruited, trained and supervised by us, and a single coordinator follows your file from start to finish.
This service does not replace public emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, immediately dial 141 (public emergency medical service) or 150 (Civil Protection).
Quotes and invoicing
Every intervention is preceded by a free, transparent quote accepted before any service begins. A detailed invoice is provided after each intervention and can support AMO/CNSS reimbursement files where applicable.
Responsibilities
Medical care is delivered by qualified professionals and according to medical prescriptions. Clients agree to provide accurate information about their condition and address. We cannot be held liable for inaccurate information or circumstances beyond our control.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law; the courts of Rabat have jurisdiction in case of dispute.
